The dataset includes demographic information, Mediterranean diet scores, food frequency questionnaire items, erythrocyte fatty acid analysis, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), Assessment of Quality of Life (AQoL-8D), Positive and Negative Affect scale (PANAS), sleep quality, and metabolic/physiological assessments). Totals or subscales were calculated where required (e.g. DASS subscales, total Mediterranean diet score, etc.) but otherwise the data remain in raw form.
