Contains a single series of material related to the design and construction of a house for Fred and Iris Ingham, by architect John Tulloch, and builder W. J. Moore & Son Pty Ltd. Includes a booklet from W.J. Moore & Son Pty Ltd, c.1964, plans, sections and elevations, details, electrical installations plan, roof plan, joinery details, specifications, garden layout and plants list, miscellaneous receipts and product brochures, newspaper clipping featuring the Ingham house, real estate brochures for sale of house c.2007, photographs c.1961 and later of house and garden and a CD of an archival recording of the house.
